Overnight stay at the small house, one room, 4 people - 80 €
Overnight stay at the large house, 3 rooms, 10 people - 180 €
- We only offer the option of booking the whole house
- Prices include VAT
- In case of a stay for three or more days, there is a discount of 10%
- Bed linen and towels are included in the price
- Breakfast is not included in the price
Additional services
- Extra bed at the large house: 10 €
- Pre-ordered sauna: two hours 30 €, every following hour 10 €
- Booking
- Booking will become valid after the receipt of the advance payment to the OÜ LMK LAHT bank account or after the booking has been approved by e-mail
- In case of booking for a longer period in advance, it is necessary to make an advance payment of 50%
- If the booking is cancelled 2 months before arrival, we will return the advance payment 100%, one month before 50%. If we can find new customers, we try to return the whole advance payment
- A price tender will be valid for 5 days, unless agreed upon otherwise
- The payment for accommodation and additional services has to be made beforehand to the bank account of OÜ LMK LAHT at SWEDBANK: EE89 2200 2210 3064 9964
NB! At the hostel, it is possible to make only cash payments

- upon arrival fill in visitor’s cards (§ 24 of the Tourism Act)
- A user of accommodation services of an accommodation establishment shall be registered in the accommodation establishment on the basis of a visitor’s card. A user of accommodation services confirms by his or her signature that the information provided is correct
- In addition to the information specified above, a visitor’s card of a person not specified in subsection (2) of this section shall set out the type and number of a travel documIf a user of accommodation services is a citizen of Estonia, another state within the European Economic Area or Switzerland or an alien residing in Estonia on the basis of a residence permit or right of residence, at least the following information shall be entered on the visitor’s card concerning him or her:
- the name, date of birth, citizenship and address;
- the name, date of birth and citizenship of the spouse or a minor accommodated together with him or her;
- the period of provision of the accommodation services.
- In addition to the information specified above, a visitor’s card of a person not specified in subsection (2) of this section shall set out the type and number of a travel document and the state which issued it
- In order to register a travel group, a visitor’s card of a group which sets out information, concerning the members of the travel group, specified either in subsection (2) of this section or subsections (2) and (3) of this section, and the name and contact details of the person authorised by the travel undertaking may be filled in. The visitor’s card of a group shall be signed by the person authorised by the travel undertaking. The travel undertaking is responsible for the correspondence of information entered on the visitor’s card of a group to the documents presented to the undertaking
- An employee of an accommodation establishment may demand that a user of accommodation services present a valid identity document to enable identification of the person.
- Only guests staying at the small house may take along pets and need to have a previous agreement for doing so
- It is not allowed to smoke or listen to loud music indoors at our hostel
- please consider the wellbeing of other visitors
- The guests have to leave the hostel rooms in a good state (dishes clean, bins emptied, floors clean)
- Just so you would know, there are no stores or filling stations nearby...
